Shipping & Delivery

Click And Collect : If you wish to collect your order please select 'Click And Collect' We will prepare your order ready for collection. *please note we can only prepare orders Monday-Friday between 9:00am-5:00pm, Any orders placed over the weekend will be readied on the next working day.

If you are within the local area and wish for a local delivery without paying a pallet price, Please select Click and Collect and contact us directly on 01582 467980 with your invoice number and we can give you a price for a delivery based upon location. (eg- Harpenden £10, Luton £20)

Local Deliveries will be Delivered by ourselves meaning we can unload the items to a suitable area for you, please note we do not deliver tiles upstairs due to health and safety regulations, if you have any queries regarding delivery feel free to contact us.

UK mainland Deliveries (3-4 days) will be charged by pallet rate at £48.00 per pallet Inc Vat ( approx 1000kg per pallet )  

Samples: If you require a sample tile, we can arrange up to 3 pcs (10x10cm at most) taco's to be sent via Royal Mail. If you require a larger sample you will be charged per tile plus necessary delivery costs. Please call for details 01582 467980

You must make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of products when we deliver them in accordance with the stated delivery times for the delivery charge you have paid. If you do not accept delivery of the products or if we are unable to deliver or are delayed in delivering products to you because of your actions or omissions, then you may be liable to pay us for any costs we may incur.
Please do not book any tradesmen or tilers until you have received your delivery and are completely happy with your order, as Just Tiles cannot be held liable for an incorrect or late delivery that may result,beyond our control. Delivery dates are given in good faith and we will endeavor to make sure deliveries are made on the day required.


If you order to many tiles?

We will refund any tiles in their original boxes within 30 days of the date of delivery. The customer will be responsible for arranging the return of the goods to: Just Tiles, 44-46 Coldharbour Lane, Harpenden, Herts, AL5 4UN (Customer will be responsible for arranging carriage and insurance of goods) Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the tiles.

Change your mind?

The customer will have the right to return goods if they are not happy with their selection. The goods must be returned to our warehouse: Just Tiles, 44-46 Coldharbour Lane, Harpenden, Herts, AL5 4UN (Customer will be responsible for arranging carriage and insurance of goods This must be done within 30 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days following our receipt of the return, original delivery costs will not be refunded. 
Please note we will endeavour to find an alternative for you and offer a credit note for you to carry over to your next purchase.


Any Breakages, damages or shortages need to be notified within 24 hours of receiving delivery/collection.
